Cirencester Hockey Club is affiliated to England Hockey, West Hockey Ltd and Gloucestershire Hockey Association. The Club is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment for all young people and adults involved in hockey; we embrace and apply the framework and guidelines set out by England Hockey to make sure we are using the most up-to-date and appropriate processes to look after our players.

Our club Welfare Officer is Jumana Akhtar who can be contacted via the Contact page or directly at welfareofficerchc@gmail.com
She can answer any concerns or questions on any aspect of welfare covering all club members. The Club also has a Concerns and Complaints policy which can be found in the documents section (see link below). An on-line form can be found at the following link which will go to the Welfare officer.
