After finishing 1st in the Northern section of West Hockey T2 League, our U14 Boys played in Sunday's final to determine the overall West of England T2 Champions.

In a tense evenly matched game against Wotton-u-Edge, the boys conceded early to go 0-1 down, however strong defending and quick break attacking always meant they were in with a chance. Through on goal in Q3 the boys were denied a goal from open play by a poor challenge in the circle, but drew level from the resultant Flick.

And with the match seemingly heading towards a shuffle competition, a last minute attack was converted to a Penalty Corner, which in turn was dispatched in to the corner of the goal, 2-1 up and barely enough time to restart the match.
