PARKING
Please ask everyone attending hockey at Dean Close to use the designated on-site car parks or park on Shelburne Road.
Please DO NOT park on Hatherley Road or in the Coach Park.
Railway Car Park – follow the signs, drive past the astro and continue up the slope to the left.
Humpty Dumpty parking – when available/weather permits, enter from Hatherley Road and exit onto Shelburne Road.
If Humpty Dumpty is closed, please use the Railway Car Park, Shelburne Road or alternative suitable parking.

ARRIVAL & BRIEFING
On arrival, please can a coach or team manager report to the Tournament HQ Gazebo between the pitches to check in and receive any last-minute information.
We will usually hold a short briefing approximately 10–20 minutes before your session starts. Please listen for the megaphone announcement and send one coach or team manager to HQ.
Unless you are in the first session of the day, there will normally be limited or no pitch time available for warm-up, so please warm players up safely away from the pitch area.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Hockey Fever may take photographs during GHA tournaments for use on our website and social media, including @hockeyfeverglos.
In line with England Hockey safeguarding guidance, clubs are responsible for ensuring that appropriate photography/video consent has been obtained for their junior players.
If any player, coach or other participant associated with your club must not be photographed, please inform Hockey Fever at Tournament HQ on arrival and make the relevant team coach/manager aware.
Please also remind parents and spectators that any photographs or videos they take should be appropriate and respectful of all young people participating.

UMPIRES
Umpires are essential to the tournaments running successfully. Each team from each club should have an umpire available for every game.
Please note that IN2HOCKEY tournaments require a Level 1 Assessed Umpire, so clubs should plan for this well in advance.
