Hockey injury - Do you know what to do?

Your committee has arranged a basic Level 3 Sports First Aid course on Sunday March 10th at Cirencester Rugby Club. There are 12 places open to all club members aged 18 and over. The club is subsidising the full cost of the course. Yes, it's free!

The training will be from 10:00 to 15:00 with a lunch break. It's very informal and there's a lot of fun in between the serious bits.

We need to get as many club members; players, captains, coaches, assistants, trained in First Aid as possible to ensure that we always have someone at every game or training session able to cope with an injury.

It's also an essential 'life-skill' that can be used to respond to incidents at home, with family and friends or even in public life if needs.

It's first come first serve so if you want to reserve a place please contact Steve Foster as soon as possible.

Thanks,
