Over the summer a number of our coaches and players have taken part in various international competitions.

In May/June our club goalkeeping coach Mandy “Fez” Ferebee represented England O50s in the European Championships in Valencia, remaining undefeated until they faced a very strong Dutch Team in the final losing 2-1.

More recently in Nottingham, Kath Jackson won gold for England O60s equalising against the Dutch in the dying minutes before going on to win on shuffles.

Also in Nottingham, Pip Graham coached the Scotland O65s women to a bronze medal at the European championships, with Lee Edmonds-Ward scoring the winning goal in the bronze medal match against Wales.

Finally in Nottingham, in the O55s Spirit of Masters competition, Yolande Gravett represented the Alliance team who took a bronze and Pip Grahm took Silver in the same category with Southern Cross.
