All CHC Members,

The AGM will take place on Friday 7th June at Cirencester Rugby Club, please arrive 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start.

The Bar will be open to support you through the experience and we expect to take just over an hour.

All club members aged 13 or over can vote on any motions presented.

This is an important event for the club; to review the successes of the past year and to look forward to the challenges of the coming new season.

All committee positions are up for election so if you wish to take a committee position, ask about a committee role or shadow a club officer next season please contact the club secretary. Club members joining the committee in any capacity will be very welcome and given any training and support they need.

If there are any concerns you feel should be debated at the AGM which cannot be discussed or resolved at the monthly committee meetings or directly with senior club officers please e-mail or call the club secretary as soon as possible.

If an issue is to be added to the agenda it needs to be agreed with the club secretary by Friday 31st May at the latest.
