CHC provides many hours of coaching sessions each week through the season and relies for the most part on voluntary support from members and parents to deliver these fun and enjoyable sessions to Children and adults.

CAN YOU HELP? From Saturday morning Under 6’s, Under 8’s, Under 10’s and Under 12’s, to the Under 14’s and Under 16’s on Monday and Friday evenings, right through to the adult sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

This season we have a new Head Coach, Mark Stuart-Thompson, but he will need support to deliver all these sessions.

CAN YOU HELP? Either as an occasional helper with little or no current hockey coaching experience or even better if you can do a bit more, all the way to becoming a sessional coach.

It is a great way to give something back to Cirencester Hockey Club and Hockey generally, team up with a friend and you can support each other through the journey.

CHC supports the England Hockey programme and below is an outline of the key FREE OF CHARGE courses available from England Hockey to support you along the way, just message Kath Fry , Gray Vinnicombe or Andrew Raphael by 1st July if :

Coaching Children
If you are a parent, young leader or aspiring coach wanting to help with junior sessions on Saturday Mornings or Monday/Friday Evenings the following development opportunities will help to give you support knowledge and confidence to deliver fun engaging sessions
